The studio is in a lovely residential street which is one way meaning you don’t get any heavy traffic noise. The building is recent, very well kept and secure. You enter into nice light room, the door to your right is the shower room, with a walk in shower, wash basin and toilet. Ahead of you is the living area and terrace. The living area is nicely set out with a comfortable sofa bed, coffee table with two poufs, a flat screen TV and a set of drawers. Behind the sofa there is a curtain, behind which you have some hanging space and a cupboard with a few utilities such as the vacuum cleaner, etc, … There is a little kitchen at the back of this room. It is small but very well equipped with a fridge, 2 electric hobs, a microwave oven and a washing machine.
