This small one-bedroom apartment is located in the very centre of Cannes, in a cool little street called rue Florian known for its famous restaurants. Beware, festive district! The flat is on the 2nd floor without lift. It is an attic flat. The living room will allow you to relax while watching a movie after a busy day. The living room has AC. The bedroom features two single beds that we can turned into a double if you prefer. The bathroom has a shower and toilets. The equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. This apartment is simple but clean and modern. It is all you need to enjoy a nice stay in Cannes. Please note that the ceiling is partially low in the living-room and in the bedroom. Please, note though that it can be noisy sometimes in the evening, especially on weekends as you are in the heart of the festive district.
