The living area is large, comfortable and spacious and has all mod cons from iPod dock to digital TV, a selection of DVDs and comfortable easy chairs and large sofa. It is a much cherished 2nd home, and as such has a few more comforts than many other purely rental properties. The kitchen is narrow but large, and has all modern appliances and plenty of equipment. It is a pleasant kitchen with lots of light owing to the large windows at the end. The 2nd bedroom is smaller and has a very comfortable sofabed, ideal for one adult or 2 children, which is properly sprung to be similar in comfort to any regular bed. It can also of course be folded up if not required, giving the option for this room to be used as a 2nd quiet living area or office. It has large windows letting in much light, and again plenty of storage space. There is a secure garage with the apartment in the basement, with direct and easy access to the apartment level via a lift. It is a mid sized garage, suitable for regular saloon cars.
