From April to October, The Carlton Beach Restaurant lures locals, hotel guests, shoppers and celebrities onto the bay-view terrace for lunch. The marquee’s size is 2620.50 sqft, and it can welcome up to 200 guests for a sit-down dinner but with a small stage. Usually, the dining cocktail is the preferred formula.
